To ensure that everyone can enjoy the event safely and comfortably, we kindly ask for your cooperation by following these guidelines.

【Admission via Electronic Tickets】
This event uses electronic tickets for entry.
When entering the venue, you will need to present the electronic ticket displayed on your own smartphone.
Please note that screenshots or printed images of the ticket will not be accepted.
- Please prepare to display your ticket in advance
Network reception around the venue may be unstable. Before arriving, please make sure  your electronic ticket can be displayed immediately and proceed to the entrance.
- Please ensure your smartphone is charged
Make sure your device has sufficient battery before coming to the venue. Charging facilities will not be available inside the venue. If your ticket cannot be verified due to a dead battery,
you may be denied entry.

【Ticket Handling】
- Resales and transfers are prohibited
Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. The organizer will not be responsible for any trouble arising from tickets obtained through personal sales (such as on
social media or ticket resale websites). Tickets obtained through any means other than the official sales channels will not be accepted for entry.
- Cancellations and changes are not permitted after purchase
Except in the case of event cancellation, tickets cannot be refunded, changed, or reissued for any reason after purchase.

【Event Day Guidelines】
- Photography and recording are prohibited
Unless in designated areas, photography, video recording, and audio recording during the
event are strictly prohibited. If such activities are discovered, you may be asked to delete the data and leave the venue.
- Possibility of appearing on camera
Cameras for recording and live streaming will be present at the event. Footage and
photographs of the venue, including the audience, may be published via live streams, the  official website, social media, and various media outlets. Please be aware that you may
appear in such media.
- Health precautions
If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cold symptoms, fatigue, or other signs of illness,
please refrain from attending the event.
- Smartphone and mobile phone usage
Please set your phone to silent mode and refrain from making calls. Turn off alarms and any
other devices that make sounds.

-Use of cheering goods
When using light sticks (penlights), fans (uchiwa), or other cheering goods, please hold them at chest height and in a way that does not inconvenience other guests around you. The organizer is not responsible for any injuries or troubles caused by accidents (such as liquid leakage) from the use of light sticks or glow sticks.

-Regarding spoilers on social media, etc.
We ask for your cooperation in refraining from posting about spoilers (details of the performance content) on social media.

- Regarding re-entry
You may leave and re-enter the venue, but you may be asked to wait in the lobby temporarily depending on the performance schedule.

【Venue Information】
- Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please use designated smoking areas.
- The bringing of dangerous items or items prohibited by law is strictly forbidden. Bag checks
may be conducted at the entrance.
- There is no parking available for attendees. Please use public transportation.
- If you feel unwell or need assistance, please speak to a nearby staff member.

- Regarding Personal Belongings and Valuables
Please take care of your own belongings and valuables. We cannot store baggage at the venue. Please note that the organizer assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft.

- Eating and drinking inside the venue
Eating and drinking inside the venue (in the audience seating area) is prohibited.

- Prohibited items
Bringing dangerous items, items prohibited by law, pets, or other restricted items is strictly prohibited. We may conduct baggage checks upon entry.

- For guests using wheelchairs or accompanied by service animals
To ensure smooth entry, guests using wheelchairs or accompanied by service animals are requested to inquire in advance via the contact information listed below.

【Regarding Gifts and Congratulatory Flowers for the Cast】

- Gifts for the cast
Please place gifts for the cast in the designated gift box at the venue. When doing so, please be sure to clearly write the name of the recipient*.
*Please note that we cannot accept raw items, food, or beverages.

- Congratulatory flowers
Due to operational constraints, we must respectfully decline all congratulatory flowers (including stand flowers and dressing room flowers) from attendees for this event. Please understand that we cannot accept them even if they are sent by postal delivery.

【Other Notices】

- Members of the cast are subject to change without notice. We appreciate your understanding.

- The opening and starting times are subject to change due to event scheduling.

- The performance may be suspended or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters. In such cases, please follow the instructions of the staff.

- Please refrain from contacting the venue directly regarding the event content.

- Failure to follow the above guidelines or the instructions of staff may result in removal from
the venue. In such cases, ticket fees will not be refunded.
Please also note that the event may be changed or canceled due to unavoidable
circumstances such as natural disasters or accidents.
